Not sure which therapist is right for you? We'll help you figure it out.

Therapy for the Challenges You're Facing

Sometimes you know exactly what's wrong. Other times, you just know that something doesn't feel right.

You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected from your partner, struggling with your child's emotions, navigating a major life transition, or feeling stuck in patterns that aren't working anymore.

Therapy gives you a place to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Our team of therapists is here to help.

You might be here because you're:

  • Feeling anxious or overwhelmed

  • Struggling with emotional regulation

  • Having difficulty communicating with your partner

  • Parenting a child with big emotions or behavioral challenges

  • Helping your teenager navigate school, friendships, or self-esteem

  • Going through a major life transition

  • Feeling stuck in patterns you want to change

  • Looking for healthier, more fulfilling relationships

Meet Elana

Therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale.

I'm Elana Axelrod, LCSW, founder of Axis Wellness Group. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood—not judged, analyzed, or told who you should be.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized. Together, we'll work to understand what's happening, identify patterns that may be getting in your way, and develop practical tools to help you create meaningful change.

You don't need to know exactly what you need before reaching out. That's what the first conversation is for.

A Therapy Approach Built Around You

Our approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of the complexities we face throughout the human lifespan.
